		<description>I think that fresh chopped garlic would also taste good, but the flavor would be stronger than garlic powder. If you don&#039;t have garlic powder, the fresh garlic would be a good alternative. Or, just salt and cumin would taste fine also. The garlic powder is for those who don&#039;t want to bother chopping up garlic, I assume.</description>
