This morning, on my way to church, I drove by Sherwood Gardens, which is located about 1 mile from my apartment. I decided to stop by again on my way to work (this time I brought a camera). Enjoy!

Wednesday, April 14th, 2010Parsnip french fries
Ingredients
1 lb parnsips (cut into french fry shapes)
olive oil, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 deg F. Then toss parsnips with olive oil and small amount of salt and pepper on a baking sheet and put parsnips in the oven for 20 min. Take them out and mix things around parsnips don’t burn and put them back in the oven for 5 more minutes and voila! Delicious!!!!
